ARPM speaker profile: Fiona Blayney

The Australasian Residential Property Management Conference (ARPM) is coming to Sydney's Hilton Hotel later this year.

Fiona Blayney, the director of Blayney Potential Plus and Real Estate Career Developers, will be sharing her expertise with attendees - here is a little bit more information about her career to date.

Woman in charge

Not afraid of stepping up to a challenge or tackling massive leadership roles, Fiona is not only the managing director of Blayney Potential Plus - she also founded the company.

The real estate consultancy firm specialises in helping agents improve their service across the board, offering advice, support and strategy in everything from business planning to effective budgeting.

Introducing innovation

Aside from being a great leader, Fiona is also well-known for her innovative introductions to the real estate industry.

She is the woman behind REAL+, an interactive property management learning platform that offers clients online training programmes and business development strategies.

Fiona said: "The property industry is hungry for learning and development, on the whole we embrace education, however there was nothing that meets the requirements of the professional adult learner.

"REAL+does this and more. Finally I can have an impact on the lives and businesses of every office in the country that's ready - at a time and a place that is easiest for them."

Good with words

The author of two successful books, Fiona not only has great ideas - she also has the skills necessary to communicate them effectively.

This is one of the reasons why she is in such high demand to speak at property management conventions.

At ARPM 2012, she will be sharing five presentations, including 'The Importance of Understanding your Business' and 'What Does Your Client Really Want'.

An international success

To top it all off, Fiona can bring in experience and expertise from overseas. She has spoken at both the National Association of Realtors in the United States and the National Association of Estate Agents in England and Scotland.

In addition, she is a well-known professional in Australia and New Zealand.

ARPM 2012 will be held in Sydney at the Hilton Hotel on August 5 and 6. There will be a range of other speakers attending, as well as a Trade Show and exclusive networking opportunities. Register and learn more about ARPM 2012.
