James has been in Real Estate for 26 years.

James says that early in his career AREC was “life-changing in a Real Estate sense”.

“It is the best Real Estate conference...You’re literally slowing down your development in the real estate industry if you don’t actually attend AREC in the first few years of being in Real Estate.”

“And likewise, if you’ve been in Real Estate for 15-20 years, sometimes longer, I think there are people out there that require some inspiration about how they can get their career from one point to another.”
