Intensive Licence Program
Make the most of your experience in the real estate industry and fast-track your real estate licence qualification. If you have three years or more experience as a salesperson in the real estate industry, the Intensive Licence Program may be the most thorough and time-efficient way for you to become a Licensed Agent.

The Intensive Licence Program enables you to combine recognition of your prior learning and experience with a comprehensive 5-day workshop - providing you with the educational requirements needed by the NSW Office of Fair Trading to apply for your Licence.
You must complete are 17 modules/units of competency to obtain your licence. If you have already completed your Certificate of Property Practice you already have 3 units*. You can gain up to 7 units by proving an evidence portfolio (as per Kaplan's evidence guide) which recognises your prior learning and experience**. The intensive 5-day workshop, facilitated by expert trainers and including a take-home assessment task will provide you with the remaining 7 units.
**Any modules or units not recognised by prior learning (RPL) can be studied with Kaplan as singular self-study education modules/units.
Students may apply for further RPL for workshop units at an additional fee.
