arrowAustralasian Real Estate Conference

 

Held annually in May/June at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, AREC attracts over 2,500 delegates including principals, sales managers, sales agents and property managers.  Established in 1997, AREC includes the largest trade exhibition in the residential real estate industry. A variety of exhibition, sponsorship and promotional opportunities are available each year for AREC to accommodate a broad range of budgets and objectives.  The first day of the AREC program features motivational and international keynote speakers with dedicated programs on day two for sales and property management.  A third day has been added exclusively for business owners and sales managers on leadership.  AREC always opens on a Sunday and the expo runs for the first two days of the event.

 

arrowReal Estate Leadership Forum

Formerly known as the Australasian Agency Principals' and Sales' Managers Workshop or Principals' Workshop for short, established in 2000 this event is held each September at a luxury resort location and attracts between 120-150 delegates.  Whilst the atmosphere and dress code are relaxed, the content is serious with an intensive focus on business growth and leadership.  The delegate numbers are limited to ensure maximum interaction and networking over the course of the event and many new business relationships are forged each year.  Many delegates claim the learning has been life changing for them. Sponsorship opportunities are available for this event with the primary benefit being the opportunity to network with highly motivated business owners, senior managers, franchise managers and top sales agents.
