Formerly known as the Australasian Agency Principals' and Sales' Managers Workshop or Principals' Workshop for short, established in 2000 this event is held each September at a luxury resort location and attracts between 120-150 delegates. The event has previously been held at Hayman Island, Sanctuary Cove, Port Douglas, the Gold Coast and Noosa. For 2009, international resort destinations are being considered.
Whilst the atmosphere and dress code are relaxed, the content is serious with an intensive focus on business growth and leadership. The delegate numbers are limited to ensure maximum interaction and networking over the course of the event and many new business relationships are forged each year. Many delegates claim the learning has been life changing for them. Sponsorship opportunities are available for this event with the primary benefit being the opportunity to network with highly motivated business owners, senior managers, franchise managers and top sales agents.
