AREC10 Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Full payment must be received at the time of registration to secure your ticket.

  • For online credit card bookings you will receive an email confirmation of your order after you complete and submit your order.  A tax invoice will automatically be emailed separately within seven (7) days.
  • For phone, email and fax bookings using an AREC10 printed booking form please treat your printed booking form as a tax invoice.  A separate tax invoice can be issued on request.

GROUP BOOKINGS

  • Group rates apply to bookings that are submitted as a single registration and single payment for a minimum of 5 people from the same office or company.  Tiered rates are available for groups of over 10 people.

  • Group credit card bookings can be made online – CLICK HERE
  • A single tax invoice/receipt will be issued to the paying organisation listing individuals registered under the group and their ticket type. 
  • Receipts for individuals cannot be issued under the conditions of the group rate and can only be issued to the organisation or person paying for the booking.
  • If the group falls below five (5), eleven (11) or thirty (30) respectively due to cancellations, the registration costs based on final numbers for the group will be adjusted to the appropriate rate difference.

SUNDAY GUEST DAY PASS

  • This ticket option is not available to real estate industry professionals or employees. It is valid only for partners, spouses or guests wishing to accompany a delegate to the Sunday general program.

TICKET COLLECTION

  • One week prior to the conference an email will be sent with your ticket barcode.  Please bring this with you on the morning of the conference to scan and print your ticket from the self-service ticket kiosks located inside the AREC10 Exhibition in Hall 5 at the venue.
  • Staff will be available from 7.30am to assist you with printing your ticket.  The conference starts at 8.30am so it is advisable to arrive by 7.30am to collect your ticket.
  • Complimentary espresso coffee is available to delegates inside the AREC10 Exhibition.

REGISTRATION TRANSFERS

  • Paid registrations can be transferred at any time to another person at no additional charge with written authorisation from the original ticket holder or company.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

  • Cancellations received in writing by 16 April 2010 will be refunded less a $100 administration fee.  Unfortunately refunds cannot be given after 16 April 2010.

TAX DEDUCTABILITY

  • Conference fees and associated travel costs are normally tax deductable. Eligibility for tax deductions should be verified by your independent tax advisor.
