Conference Ticket

The standard AREC12 ticket includes access to the 2-day conference morning tea, lunch, conference bag, pen and workbook, plus access to the region’s largest industry trade exhibition.  Complimentary tea & coffee is available on both days also.

AREC tickets generally sell out early, so don’t wait until the last minute!

Reserved Seating

For reserved centre-front seating, please select the Premium Seating add-on option. Seating for standard tickets is not pre-allocated, but on a first-come basis.

Networking Party

Payment Terms

Full payment must be received at the time of registration to secure your ticket.

For online credit card bookings you will receive an email confirmation of your order after you complete and submit your order.  A tax invoice will automatically be emailed separately within seven (7) days.

Ticket Collection

One week prior to the conference an email will be sent with your ticket barcode.  Please bring this with you on the morning of the conference to scan and print your ticket from the self-service ticket kiosks located inside the AREC12 Exhibition 

Staff will be available from 7.30am to assist you with printing your ticket.  The conference starts at 8.30am so it is advisable to arrive by 7.30am to collect your ticket.

Cancellations / Refunds

Cancellations can be made online up to four weeks prior to the event for the full amount. After this time any cancellation will incur a $100 administration fee. Refunds cannot be given after two weeks prior to the event.

Tax Deductability

Conference fees and associated travel costs are normally tax deductable. Eligibility for tax deductions should be verified by your independent tax advisor.
