'Mega-agent' Alan Shafran delivers deal-making blueprints

One of the biggest agents in the US is set to join his Australian counterparts at the AREC 2012 real estate conference in May.

With more than 20 years in the industry, Alan Shafran is hailed by many as the leading example of how a successful realtor should operate - with a strong focus on local knowledge and timely communications.

Empowering these concepts is a deliberate move to embrace technology and social media as a business enhancer, extending his reach into new and personal communication channels.

In addition to this, Shafran says it is his passion for sales and deliberate focus on business ethics that drives his performance.

"My achievements are only a reflection of receiving referrals from fantastic past clients that believe in my integrity, work ethic and drive for success for them before myself," said Shafran.

The combination seems to be working, as Shafran was inducted into the HomeGain Million Dollar Club for turning over a landmark volume in online sales.

Savvy professionals wishing to gain insight in to the methods used by the leading agent are in luck, as he will be attending the AREC 2012 Expo in May, hosting a session on how to lay out the blueprints for deal-making success.
