Cathy Richards to take the stage at leading property conference

A strong focus on location knowledge and the development of human-centric sales strategies form the core of Cathy Richards' successful approach to real estate.

Starting out in the property industry less than five years ago, Richards has already managed to craft a name for herself in the prestige Queensland market.

Her professional manner and dedication to precision in all elements of the sales transaction earned her a finalist placing for the REIQ Rookie of the Year Award in her first 12 months on the job, followed shortly by a second finalist position for Place’s Runner-up Salesperson of the Year in 2010.

Focusing on prestige properties in the inner-east of Brisbane, Richards has earned a sales record in excess of $130 million within her first three years in real estate.

In addition to this landmark achievement, the stellar performer was able to turn over $43.5 million of this amount during the slow market conditions experienced in 2010.
