In turn, having access to these valuable skills means that sales staff are able to act on an opportunity with confidence - turning a chance encounter that would otherwise be passed by into a positive sales result.
For these reasons, the only real factors that allow star sales performers to stand out are their wide range of skills and the constant willingness to use them.
