Finding the motivation you need for sales success
The defining factor between sales professionals and those yet to make their mark on the property industry is often described as an internal sense for what is right.
This feeling of direction lets the professional know how to approach a certain scenario - however it is a sense that can be developed over time.
For these agents, the experience they have gained through years of client contact means that they are able to develop an instinct for how to proceed in any given situation.
It is this drive to move forward - to find new opportunities and act on them - that helps to define an individual's motivation.
In contrast, trying to find a sense of purpose from external sources - such as advice from family and friends or copying the moves of an industry leader - does not provide the same results, as they are not focused in the same direction as internal momentum.
